Nitride Crystals, Inc. (NCI) signed the contract for strategic partnership with Ami-Go-Science (AGS) for a development a rapid immunoassay for protein biomarkers based on NCI's high-sensitivity graphene sensor. This will allow the development of rapid and inexpensive clinical tests with small sample volumes that could be employed as point-of-care tests with minimal user training. This approach could be used for any analyte for which a single antibody that recognizes the native conformation is available.
Ami-Go-Science (AGS) (www.ami-go-science.com) is a small biotech company that is focused on improvement of tools for precision medicine. AGS has a unique approach by collaborative co-developing companion diagnostics (CDx) products including in vitro CDx devices and related therapeutics for cancer and neuromuscular/neurodegenerative diseases.
